Univerna collects Personal Data or pieces of information that could allow you to be identified, such as:

·         Any other information that might be required from time to time by our service partners we are cooperating with in order to provide you with dedicated services such as insurance, accommodation, flight, travel, communications, banks, immigration office etc.

At the moment we do not collect, store your credit card information or other sensitive financial data such as your bank account details. Each time you make an online payment at Univerna, your credit card information gets transferred directly to our service providers, our partners or their service providers, who are eligible and authorized to securely handle such sensitive information according to international standards and regulations.  

vSensitive Data:

We do not generally seek to collect any sensitive Personal Data for our purposes. Sensitive Personal Data is data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or medical condition, criminal background or trade union membership. In certain situations, this might however be necessary (for example in order to provide you with the services and products you have ordered and in relation to services to our partners or to comply with applicable laws).

You directly provide Univerna with most of the data that we collect during the process of using our services, either by providing the information directly to us or by acting in a manner that provides us with the information.

vHow will we use your data?

Univerna collects your data so that we can process and follow up your application and other ordered services as well as to manage your account.

We will retain your service history and usage details of the services you have previously purchased to make suggestions to you for other services and products which we or our partners believe you might also be interested in.

Once you apply through our site, you agree that we will share your data with our partner companies (such as educational institutions, travel service providers, accommodation providers, insurance companies etc.) in order to offer you their dedicated services or products and provide the services you have purchased.

When Univerna processes your application service order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Please note that any information that you provide to our partner companies is governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy, and not by this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and shall not be held responsible for any third party’s use of information that you provide through the use of this functionality.  

vHow do we store your data?

Univerna securely stores your data, using appropriate organizational, technical and administrative measures to keep the Personal Data under our control, accurate and up-to-date, as well as to protect the Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and the accidental loss, destruction or damage of the Personal Data.
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or in accordance with time limits stipulated by law and market practice, unless further retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or unless a specific time period has been communicated.
